1️⃣ Open the ticket settings

2️⃣ Add tag

Click on Add tags

Enter the name of a tag to create it, or select the tag from the list.

3️⃣ Tag management

By clicking on the three dots to the right of the tag, you can add, edit, delete, and choose a color.
