Choose Real-Time Video.
If needed, you can configure your camera and microphone.
Click on “validate”
After clicking on the link, they will join the ticket.
In the Live widget, they click on "Show Live" to join the session.

You can bring your camera to the foreground and use the tools to guide your counterpart on this view (useful if you need to demonstrate actions to be performed from your camera).
When you move your mouse (or your finger on a touchscreen), a pointer appears.
When you click, a bubble animates at that location.
Easily navigate back to the messaging feature.
You can trigger the capture of a photo (from your counterpart's camera) during the live session.
You have annotation tools to annotate this image.
Click on Send to save the photo in the ticket.
If you have enabled the "Guided Display" tool, your counterpart will see this photo and the annotations you add in real-time.
