1. Information about the counterpart

To know their browser and OS and find out if they have allowed the use of their camera and microphone.

2. Settings

Click on "Open." Here, you can add information about the intervention:

• Add a title
• Add an estimated handling time
• Add tags
• Add private comments, which will not be visible to your counterpart. This option allows you to add comments for another hotliner to collaborate as a team on an intervention.

3. Invite Another Hotliner

In the settings, click on "Invite a Hotliner."

You can invite either member or external hotliners:

• To invite a member, simply select them from the list.
• To invite an external hotliner, you can send an invitation via SMS or email.
