In the FIXEE application, select Individual. Fill in the fields.

To start the individual assistance, click on Open the Intervention.

You arrive at the assistance screen. You have a chat screen with your assistant and a conversation screen with your counterpart.

Ask your questions directly to your assistant in the left-hand space.

Then click Send so they can respond to your request.

In the right-hand screen, you can send files, messages, and audio recordings.

Click on the various icons to share information.

Before closing the intervention, you can generate the report. Click on Open and then on Generate Report.

Finally, click Generate or Generate & Close to download the report and close the intervention.

You can Edit, Download, or Add this report to the Assistant's knowledge base.
