🙋♂️ Requester: The Requester is the person (client, distributor, partner, colleague, etc.) who requires assistance from an expert.
👨💼 Hotliner: The Hotliner is the expert who provides support to the Requester.
👥 Assistance Intervention: An Assistance Intervention refers to a remote support operation carried out by one or two Hotliners for a Requester. Linked to a Remote Assistance Intervention are:
🗣️ Individual Intervention: An Individual Intervention refers to an operation carried out by one or two Hotliners without a Requester, to take notes on their personal operations (inspection, on-site intervention, audit, etc.). Linked to an Individual Intervention are:
📹 Live: The Live feature allows the Hotliner to see in real time what the Requester sees via their smartphone camera. Live includes several specific functionalities such as a pointer, recording, subtitled translation, etc. Live enables the Hotliner to qualify and resolve issues remotely.
