📥 Submitting a Request

<aside> 💡 This refers to the counterpart of your company reaching out to your customer service through an incoming request.

1️⃣ Access the Interface

The person wishing to contact you scans the QR code or clicks on the link provided to them.

2️⃣ Complete the Request

3️⃣ Then Access the Chat Space

If an expert is available, they will join the counterpart.

If no expert is available, the counterpart can enable notifications and close the page. They will be notified when an expert responds.
