Assistant Knowledge Base

1️⃣ Assistant Settings

Access the Assistant settings from the main FIXEE page:

2️⃣ Base of knowledge

Click Files to provide documents in the Assistant's knowledge base:

3️⃣ Add documents

Your Assistant understands data in formats: PDF, doc, excel, ppt and any other text document.

  1. Drag&Drop: Drag and drop your documents here
  2. Ask the Assistant a question only from this document
  3. Open the document in a tab to view it
  4. When the status is PROCESSED, then your document has been understood by the Assistant

Question and answer

There are 2 ways to ask your Assistant questions:

1️⃣ In an intervention

Start an intervention.

Ask your assistant questions directly from the intervention screen.

2️⃣ Via the main page of the FIXEE App

Connect to FIXEE and click on Assistant:
